Today, we are honored to recognize Willie Ellis Jr., a Founding Partner of The Ellis Firm and a valued member of our network. Willie represents the best of what it means to be a servant-leader in the legal world: experienced, compassionate, and deeply committed to the communities he serves.

With a powerful academic foundation from Clark Atlanta University and New York Law School, Willie launched his legal journey in Atlanta, where his heart has always remained. After spending over 16 years at a national firm representing major corporations and municipalities, he made a bold and inspiring decision—to return to his roots and use his extensive legal insight to protect and empower the people of Atlanta.

That decision gave birth to The Ellis Firm, a practice founded on integrity, transparency, and client-focused advocacy. Willie’s approach goes far beyond legal representation. He listens, he cares, and he delivers results with the kind of dedication you rarely find. His firm is a beacon for clients who seek not only justice but also a true partnership through difficult times.
