A Mission Rooted in Healing

Personal injuries are not only physical or financial, but they also often carry deep emotional and psychological impacts. Many accident victims experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, and sleep disturbances that go untreated. Dr. Cassius recognized this urgent, unmet need and built Mental Pain & Trauma Centers to bridge the gap.

Today, his centers provide comprehensive care in all 50 states, offering services such as:

  • Psychological evaluations & diagnostic interviews

  • Psychological testing

  • Counseling for personal injury clients (adults & children)

  • PTSD and anxiety reduction therapies

  • Detailed narrative reports for legal cases

All services are delivered with compassion and expertise—available both in person and through a secure, HIPAA-compliant Telehealth platform.

A Leader in Forensic Psychology

Dr. Cassius earned his PhD in Forensic Psychology from Walden University and has devoted his career to understanding and treating trauma. From 2009–2013, he served as Executive Director of PLAN of North Texas Inc., where he provided lifetime supportive services to clients with severe mental illnesses such as Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia.

He later expanded his expertise by conducting forensic mental assessments for immigration, probate, family, and personal injury attorneys. This experience opened his eyes to the overwhelming need for mental health support among personal injury clients, particularly those struggling after head injuries and life-threatening events.

Sharing His Expertise with GoldDiamond PI Club

As an active member of our community, Dr. Cassius has generously shared his knowledge with fellow professionals. He recently spoke at our PI Power Play, delivering an impactful presentation on “Trauma Therapy and Car Wrecks” an incredible session that provided critical insights into the intersection of mental health and personal injury law.

Why Mental Pain & Trauma Centers Matter

Dr. Cassius and his dedicated team of clinicians, including Clinical Director Janet Snyder, LCSW-S, deliver evidence-based, customized care for every client. Their goal is not only to treat trauma but to restore lives, rebuild confidence, and provide clarity for both clients and attorneys navigating complex injury cases.

As Dr. Cassius explains:

“I saw many people affected by severe trauma and head injuries… they need our help.”

That commitment to advocacy and healing is what makes Dr. Cassius, and Mental Pain & Trauma Centers, an invaluable resource for the personal injury community nationwide.

A True Advocate for Clients and Colleagues

Whether through psychological evaluations for litigation, counseling for survivors of accidents, or long-term care for adults and children, Dr. Cassius and his team ensure no client has to face the mental and emotional toll of personal injury alone.

He also values the power of connection within GoldDiamond PI Club:

“GoldDiamond PI Club has connected me with so many professionals in the personal injury space—from attorneys to MRI techs, surgeons, and chiropractors. I love that the events are both social and educational—we learn from each other and grow together.”

GoldDiamond PI Club is proud to have Dr. Jeremy Cassius as a member and leader in our network. His expertise, compassion, and dedication continue to raise the standard of care for injury victims across the country.
