To confirm you are speaking at GoldDiamond PI Club’s PI Power Summit, a premier gathering of leading professionals in the Personal Injury industry. This high-impact event focuses on knowledge-sharing, networking, and industry insights.

Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Buckhead Club, 3344 Peachtree Rd NE #2600, Atlanta, GA 30326, USA

Speaker Responsibilities

1. Presentation Commitment

The Speaker agrees to deliver a presentation, workshop, or talk on the confirmed topic.

• Once confirmed, the topic and assigned time slot are final and may not be altered.

  
  

2. Materials Submission

The Speaker agrees to submit the following no later than one (1) month prior to the event:

• Brief professional biography

• Speaking topic

• High-resolution headshot

• Final presentation materials (slides, videos, documents, etc.)
  

If materials are not submitted by the deadline:

• The Speaker must bring their own presentation files and equipment.

• Technical support will not be guaranteed.

  
  

3. Arrival Time

The Speaker agrees to arrive at the venue at least 60 minutes prior to their scheduled speaking time.

• Late arrival may result in a shortened presentation.

  
  

4. Travel and Expenses

All travel, lodging, and transportation expenses are the sole responsibility of the Speaker.

• No reimbursements will be provided.

  
  

5. Timing Compliance

The Speaker agrees to strictly adhere to the assigned presentation duration.

• Presentation times may be adjusted by the organization.

  
  

Organization Responsibilities

GoldDiamond PI Club agrees to:

• Provide basic AV equipment (projector and microphone) for Speakers who submit materials on time

• Promote the Speaker’s participation across GoldDiamond PI Club media platforms

• Provide complimentary access to the event (one ticket)

• Offer promotional exposure, including:

  • Media coverage

  • Feature in GoldDiamond PI Club Magazine

  • Article publishing upon request

    
    

Intellectual Property & Media Release

The Speaker retains all intellectual property rights to their presentation content.

By submitting this form, the Speaker grants GoldDiamond PI Club the

irrevocable right to:

• Record the presentation

• Use photographs, audio, and video recordings

• Distribute and publish content for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, without additional compensation

  
  

Cancellation

Either party may cancel participation by providing written notice at least one (1) month prior to the event.

• Speaking opportunities are prioritized for members.

• Speakers are encouraged to maintain active membership at the time of the event to avoid scheduling changes or cancellations.

  
  

Indemnification

The Speaker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GoldDiamond PI Club, its officers, members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Speaker’s participation in the event.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the Speaker and GoldDiamond PI Club and supersedes all prior discussions or communications.
